The Green New Deal is a much debated policy put forward in the senate by house represetnative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. It advocates for not only green technological initiatives that tackle climate change but also social and economic equity and justice.
Although we admire some of the environmantally driven aspirations stated in the Green New Deal, it lacks focus by trying to address too many different issues, thus becoming too broad and diluted to get anything done.
